1. Information only. The site provides general information about trading fees, referral rebates and account safety. It is marketing material and not investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older. The site is not directed at residents of restricted regions (including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the EU/EEA, Singapore, Hong Kong and mainland China). You must not use VPNs, false information or other means to access referral offers or exchange services that are not available where you live.
3. Third-party services. Exchanges are independent third parties. Your relationship with any exchange is governed solely by that exchange’s terms. We are not responsible for their services, availability, fees, rebate payments or rule changes.
4. Accuracy. We review content regularly, but fees, rebate programs and regional rules change often. Always check the exchange’s official pages before acting. Calculator results are estimates.
5. Community rules. In our community channels, residence declarations are required; sharing scams, signals, paid groups, account sales, KYC services or circumvention methods leads to removal.
6. Intellectual property. Content on the site is ours unless stated otherwise. Exchange names and marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively.
7. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or of any third-party service.
8. Changes. We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
