2Sign up

  1. 1. Open the sign-up page through our link

    Use the sign-up button on this page. You arrive on binance.com with our referral code already filled in. Check the address bar before typing anything.

  2. 2. Enter your email or phone number and choose a password

    Use a strong password you use nowhere else, and type it only in Binance’s app or on binance.com.

  3. 3. Check the referral code field

    Before you confirm, the referral / invite code field should show our code. On most exchanges it cannot be added later.

  4. 4. Confirm with the one-time code

    Type the code from the email or SMS into the exchange app. Nobody from this site will ever ask you for it.

  5. 5. Turn on 2FA and an anti-phishing code

    In the security settings, add an authenticator app and set an anti-phishing code so you can recognise genuine emails.

3Identity verification (KYC): what to expect

Exchanges have to verify who you are before you can deposit or trade fully. The check happens inside the exchange’s app or website — never on this site.

Usually needed

  • A valid government ID: passport, national ID card or driver’s license (accepted types vary by country).
  • A selfie or short video check (liveness) taken in the app.
  • Your full name, date of birth and home address — exactly as on your documents.
  • Sometimes proof of address or source of funds, e.g. a recent bank statement or utility bill.

Typical steps

  1. Choose your country of residence — the country you actually live in.
  2. Enter your details and upload photos of the document.
  3. Complete the face check in good light, without filters.
  4. Wait for the review: often minutes, sometimes a few days. The app notifies you.

Never

  • Never use someone else’s documents, let anyone verify an account for you, or sell or rent out your account.
  • Never pay “agents” who promise to pass KYC or unlock a restricted country. That is fraud and gets accounts closed.
  • If your country is not supported, the answer is no — this site does not help get around it.

4First deposit / buy crypto

Payment options depend on your country and change often. Use what Binance’s app offers you, and start with a small amount.

  • Card / “Buy crypto”: fastest, usually the highest fee. Check the total before confirming.
  • P2P: buy from other users in your currency. Choose verified merchants, pay only with the method shown in the order and never pay or talk outside the platform.
  • Bank transfer or local payment methods, where the app lists them for your country.
  • Already own crypto? Deposit it from another wallet — always check the network and the address twice.

5Add the referral code

The referral code only counts if it is attached when the account is created.

7Official links & anti-phishing

Fake exchange websites and apps copy names, logos and colors. This site is not an exchange: we never ask for passwords, 2FA codes, seed phrases or ID documents.

  • Type the exchange’s domain yourself or use a bookmark. Don’t trust search ads or links in messages.
  • Check the address bar: the domain must be exactly binance.com. Look-alike spellings and extra words mean a fake.
  • Install the app only from the store listing or the download page on binance.com, and check the developer name in the store: App Store: Binance Switzerland AG · Google Play: Binance Inc..
  • Never install APK files or “updates” sent in chats, and never install remote-control apps because someone asks you to.
  • Real support staff never ask for your password, 2FA codes or seed phrase, and never message you first.
  • Set an anti-phishing code in the exchange’s security settings: genuine emails will then show it.

No. SaveMyFees is an independent site and is not operated by Binance. Accounts are only created in Binance’s app or on binance.com.

Does using the referral code cost me anything?

No. Your fees stay the same or go down; Binance pays us part of its own commission.

Can I add the code after registering?

Already have an account? Most exchanges do not allow adding a code later. We do not suggest opening a second account.

What if Binance does not serve my country?

Then do not open an account: accounts of residents of restricted countries can be refused or frozen. This site does not help get around restrictions.
